Light Enhancing Designs™ allows returns on unopened items in new condition still in box/packaging for 30 days after purchase. If your kit has any defects that are not your fault or from your damage we will fix the kit free for you for up to one year. In the first 30 days we will cover any shipping expenses related to repairs. We do not exchanged open/used items or issue store credit for open or used items.

Fragile items such as shelves are shipped by UPS ground which carries insurance so if there is any broken items please save ALL packing materials for UPS claim inspection which is a simple process.LED Lighting Forum
